Content Strategy
Big Or Small, Let’s Grow Together.
I have the most fun when I get to really get my hands dirty — getting creative with every part of the creative process. With my strategy clients, I’ve had a blast taking what they’ve given me and re-shaping it into something stronger and more impactful.
See a few examples of the lovely folks I’ve worked with below!
Crayola Learning
…and more!
Inspiring colorful learning through video and free online resources.
Crayola Learning’s channel was defined by limits — the majority of their content stemming from Facebook livestreams and older content in need of a revamp. Thus far, we’ve focused on making basic editing improvements in line with their production capacity, improving thumbnail & title packaging, and developing new content to grow and strengthen their educator community. In 2025, this channel is going to see a lot of positive change with new series, use of brand authority, and more.
Amaze Org
Using digital media to give adolescents access to accurate and safe sex ed.
Amaze is part of an incredible organization with global reach and giant library of successful video content. The goal in our time together has been to focus on strengthening the performance of new stuff, rather than rely on the old. We’ve not only implemented best practices for packaging, limiting viewer retention drop offs, and moderation, but we’ve also implemented Community Tab & paid advertising strategies to maximize earned views, returning viewers, and community engagement.
Amazon MGM Studios
Serving cinematic excellence since 1924.
Guiding this channel through a giant corporate merger was no easy task, but we’ve held steady despite many internal client-side changes. Custom content calendars are developed to utilize both the greatest hits and unknown gems of Amazon & MGM’s combined libraries. We’ve determined the best genres and clip types for the channels, top talent, and formula for far-reaching shorts.
Hubspot Marketing
Providers of professional marketing tips, templates, and resources.
Hubspot Marketing needed help with getting views on their newer content, but more important in creating conversions to their free business building resources. I provided analysis on their content’s editing, with a focus on strengthening their primary formats of Tutorials and Case Studies/Explainers using narrative and psychological theory. Further recommendations were provided for potential collaborations with other Youtube and social media creators, as well as potential business partnerships.
Slapped Ham
Australian content creators dedicated to bringing you the spookiest clips, scariest stories, and the most head-scratching mysteries.
Slapped Ham and I have worked on multiple channels with multiple goals. Together, we’ve stabilized performance of their main channel, supporting all 3.5M subscribers. We also successfully launched second and third channels, focuses on mysteries/true crime and short form content respectively. The channels continue to grow, as the desire for scary content never ceases.
Fox Digital Content
Bringing you your favorite content on the Animation Domination, The Masked Singer, Fox TV, and Food Club Youtube channels.
Fox has been one of the top priority clients at Little Monster Media Co. for the past two years. My fellow strategists and creative team members have collaborated to tackle taking on four of their entertainment channels and growing them to meet lofty KPIs for subscribers, viewership, and Click Thru Rate. We’ve successfully implemented shorts on all channels, determined best practices, and made plenty of recommendations for our team’s organic content clipping, new formats such as compilations, and what brings the most viewers back to these classic shows time and time again.
